About us

You’re looking for a therapist who wants to be here, loves the work, and is supported by a strong community.

Well, here we are:

Ari Hoffman MA LPC

Hi, I’m Ari. I am the director of Integrated Care Institute and also a therapist here. I have been a therapist since 2007 working with all sorts of humans including couples, families, kids, and adults. I get particular joy from helping people see that many of the barriers they experience in their lives are made of Styrofoam and then supporting them while they drop kick those walls in to smithereens. I am a husband and father and an occasional longboard rider.

Heather Fass MA LMFT

Heather is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Colorado and Georgia.  She has extensive experience working with individuals of all ages who seek support in managing their struggles with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relational issues. As a registered mediator in the state of Georgia, she has a deep appreciation for helping her clients navigate conflict resolution to improve their overall relationships and well-being.  Her approach to counseling is strength-based and systemic, which acknowledges the importance of family, close relationships, environment and culture.  She works therapeutically with clients through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused interventions while also utilizing her supportive training and certification in areas of animal assisted therapy, EMDR, and motivational interviewing.  When she isn’t working she enjoys adventures with her dogs and family, being creative in the kitchen, taking on a home remodeling project and watching her son grow (too fast).  Being a part of someone’s growth and mental well-being is a privilege that Heather recognizes and she appreciates every opportunity to make a positive difference in others’ lives.

Suzette Lamb MS LPC

Hi, I’m Suzette. I’m a licensed therapist in Colorado (and a few  other places where the hiking is also good), and I’ve spent over 25  years helping people sort through life’s chaos, curveballs, and “what  even is happening right now?” moments.

I specialize in  working with folks navigating trauma, anxiety, burnout, relational  stuckness, or just plain old life transitions. My approach is rooted in  Interpersonal Neurobiology—science speak for understanding how your  brain, body, and relationships all dance together—and I blend that with a  big helping of humor, compassion, and curiosity. Therapy with me is  collaborative, not clinical; thoughtful, not textbook-y.

I’ve  trained in all kinds of fancy-sounding modalities like EMDR, Somatic  Experiencing, and DEEP, but what really matters is that we work together to find what actually helps you feel more grounded, connected,  and resilient. I also lead experiential and therapeutic retreats designed to help you step out of your usual patterns to reconnect with yourself in a deeper way.

If you’re looking for someone who’s  warm, real, and doesn’t mind the occasional F-bomb in the name of  healing, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
